Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity is hosting a home dedication ceremony for the Smith family on Monday, April 7, at 3:00 p.m. at 1021 High Point Ave SW in Calabash.
“Homeownership is more than just having a roof over your head—it’s about building a future,” said Jason Gaver, Executive Director of Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity. “The Smith family’s dedication and months of hard work have brought them to this milestone, which marks the completion of their journey to home ownership. Our team and the community partners who made this moment possible are honored to celebrate alongside the Smith family as they step into a new chapter filled with hope, stability and opportunity. We invite community members to attend this event and join us in celebrating with the Smith.”
The dedication ceremony will feature remarks from the Smith family, Habitat representatives and community leaders, followed by a key presentation and home blessing. The event is open to the public.
